All returned items need to be in a perfect re-saleable condition in the original packaging, unmarked. Ballet shoes / jazz shoes / tap shoes will NOT be returnable if soles or leather are marked or damaged.

Due to hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned and refunded once packing is open, unless due to manufacturing faults or damage.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving you order and returned to a Tiptoe member of staff.
