Covid-19 Policies
We're committed to keeping out students and staff safe & healthy during classes, so we've implemented additional safety measures to ensure all students can enjoy their classes safely.
When arriving at classes, students & parents are asked to wait outside the venue, where they will be greeted by a teacher and escorted into the building. Wherever possible, there will be a separate entrance & exit into the building.
Younger students in Melody Bear & Rosette can be accompanied by an adult.

Wearing Masks
All students over the age of 11 must wear a mask when entering the building.

Hand Sanitiser
All staff, students & parents entering the studio must use the provided hand gel at our sanitising stations.

Social Distancing
All students & staff not from the same household must maintain a 2 metre distance at all times.

Ventilation & Cleaning
All classrooms & studios will be well ventilated where possible to ensure a clean air flow. All studio spaces & classrooms will be sanitised between each session

Contactless Payments
We want to minimise contact, so all pay as you go fees must be placed into a named envelope, and placed directly into a teacher's zipped wallet.

Uniform & Changing
Unfortunately we will not be able to utilise changing facilities, so please arrive in clean uniform suitable for your classes, as you will not be able to change while at the studio.
Social Bubbles
All current classes have been organised into social bubbles to ensure students are not mixing and interacting with other classes. Unfortunately this means students in Grade 3 and below will not be able to double up on classes or participate in class outside of their bubble.
Each student will be assigned one of the below colour bubbles, and you will see this reflected in the amended timetables & schedules.

Things To Remember
As well as introducing new policies & procedures during class, there are things you can do at home and before attending the studio to help keep your friends and families safe.

Wash, Wash, Wash!
Remember to wash your hands regularly and use a sanitiser before and after entering public areas, bathrooms & transport.

Don't Touch...
When out in public areas, you're bound to touch things, so remember not to touch your face, mouth & eyes.

Stay Home
If you, or anyone in your family is feeling unwell, has symptoms of corona virus, or has knowingly been in contact with someone who has tested positive, you should stay home and not attend classes.
